- All prices are displayed in the currency selected at the time of booking
- Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
- Confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by experience and are clearly stated during the booking process.
- Free cancellation may be available up to 24 hours before the experience
- Some experiences may have stricter cancellation policies
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to:

- Treat tour guides and other participants with respect

Explorer Shack acts as a platform connecting travelers with local tour operators. We are not responsible for the conduct or performance of tour operators or other third parties.
